Andreas Kærsgaard Mylin heads Accura's Restructuring & Insolvency Team.

Andreas is one of the leading Danish insolvency and restructuring lawyers. He has more than 25 years of experience with the restructuring of businesses in distress, the transfer of failing businesses, compositions with creditors and other insolvency law issues. He has litigated several insolvency cases before the Supreme Court in Denmark and has been appointed a permanent trustee to the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen.
