Niam acquires Copenhagen Towers

The Swedish private equity fund Niam has acquired Copenhagen Towers in Ørestaden in Copenhagen. Copenhagen Towers harbours the Crown Plaza hotel and more than 54,000 square metres of offices etc.

The acquisition is in line with Niam’s strategy on the Danish market, and the property is one of the most prominent new office and hotel buildings in Copenhagen.

A team headed by Jakob Schou Midtgaard and Luise Christensen advised Niam in connection with the transaction. Jakob and Luise provided the advice before joining Accura.
