Europa Capital sells the last projects in Valby Maskinfabrik

Together with Keystone Investment Management, Europa Capital has developed and sold the last parts of the Valby Maskinfabrik project, which was previously an industrial area which has been developed into a sustainable district in Copenhagen.

The transaction was completed with a sale of the last dwellings project with 90 flats to the international real estate investor PATRIZIA. Moreover, an office portfolio of 24,445 m² was sold to the global asset and property manager Schroders. Schroders has 32 offices throughout the world and manages assets worth more than DKK 3,820 billion.
